Bio

Dani Wood is a Thai-Australian actress and musician. In 2024, Dani had a supporting role as 'Lady Sickness' in upcoming Feature Film "Bad Nights & Blood Moons". Prior she played a supporting role as 'Maz' in "Skin", a short film selected for the St Kilda Film Festival, winning Best Horror at the Munich Short Film Awards.

Dani has continued to hone her craft through private coaching with Christopher Sommers and Monette Lee, training at The Actors Club, AAFTA, TAFTA, Screenwise and Fight Training with Stunt Action Consultants/Acting Mastery. Alongside acting, Dani brings a diverse set of skills to her creative pursuits. As the frontwoman of rock band 'Ratchasima', she channels her energy into her love for music which complements her dynamic presence on screen. She has performed at SXSW Sydney, Byron Bay Music Festival, and The Gympie Muster. Dani sings, plays guitar, and bass guitar and has been undergoing dance training in Jazz, Funk and Hiphop and burlesque to better her stagecraft.
